Jump to PhotosThe units were lightly sanded down and then given a good clean down to obtain a dust-free surface.

Here's a lovely new Sanded Oak kitchen supplied and fitted by Jones & Co of Salisbury.

To keep to the area as dust-free as possible all sanding was carried out using the latest Festool sanding system.

All units to be painted were then given two coats of Otex high-performance adhesion primer, with a light rub down between coats.

Once fully dry all units were once again lightly sanded and cleaned down.

The finish for the units was two coats of Crown oil-based Eggshell.

When fully dry the handles were fitted and all doors and draws were adjusted where needed.

The Oak worktops and the two draw packs were sanded down and degreased, then allowed to dry.

The finish was 3 coats of Tung oil, applied by hand and sanded between coats.
